How to eat
Way to consume
- Suggest to consume one pack per meal, 3 meals per day
- Add one pack of The Wise Man’s Dining into any beverage or soup and consume along with the meal, or preferably 30 minutes before and after the meal
- No colour and no taste, can be dissolved into any hot or cold beverage you prefer
- Not recommended to add into carbonated drinks to avoid foam bursting out
- Too much fiber consumption may cause stomach discomfort, make sure to drink enough water
